Meet Our Staff

Cal Lundquist worked as a mechanic and service manager of a marina for six years prior to starting Cal-Marine in 1972. During its' 35 years of growth, Cal has been involved in every aspect of the business from service and storage to sales, and still plays an active role in all details of the operation. He has participated in the Tiara University and Tiara Master's Programs since their inception, and has been the recipient of both the Tiara Club Million and Club Platinum Awards . Cal's primary objective has always been to make the experience of family boating fun and enjoyable for everyone who walks through his door.
Sue Lundquist has been an integral part of the business with Cal since the very start. Sue manages many of the internal operations at Cal-Marine, particularly those related to accounting and book keeping.
A love for boating and the industry drew Connie Carlson to start helping Cal-Marine out at boat shows in 1987. Over time her interest convinced her to become a full-time member of the sales team, joining Cal-Marine officially in 1996. In the ensuing years, Connie has regularly attended Tiara University and Master's programs, and she has qualified for the Tiara Club Million award in the past four. She enjoys the challenge of being a female in a male-dominated sales field, and loves the whole concept of selling fun.
Mark Derenne runs sales out of our Racine Wisconsin location. He grew up in a boating family and has on-water experience with a wide variety of styles and sizes of boats on the Great Lakes. Mark is also an avid lake fisherman, and can help set up your sportfisherman, and he has also been involved with some of the largest and most luxerious yachts Cal-Marine has ever delivered.
Mario DeGuzman has an extensive sales background, and is a lifetime boater. Mario has completed Tiara University and Cobalt Sales School. A significant part of his boating experience comes from the 25 years he spent as a charter captain on the waters of Lake Michigan, so if you?re looking for someone to talk to about fishing, Mario's the guy!
Sales Manager Peter Kordon brings a background of sales and marketing management in the service industry, along with more than 25 years of Great Lakes boating experience to the job. He is excited about being part of a customer service-oriented dealership offering the finest product in the marketplace. Peter is also a graduate of the Tiara University Masters program, as well as the sales schools at Cobalt and Pursuit.
Eric Kordon was already a Cal-Marine Family customer as the owner of a Pursuit, but he has now joined us in the position of General Manager. Eric brings a strong background in organizational management and marketing to his role at Cal-Marine. When you have a chance to meet him in person, you’ll soon see that he is entirely dedicated to the Cal-Marine Family philosophy and wants nothing more than to see all of you enjoy your boating lives.
Eric Lundquist is Cal-Marine's service manager and an integral part of the sales team. His role is to help each new owner through the care and service of their boat. Eric is a highly motivated professional in the marine industry with a strong focus on customer relations. His coordination of the set-up and delivery of both new and used boats is one of the most crucial components in the Cal-Marine sales process. Eric is a graduate of both the Tiara Tech and Tiara University programs.
Bill Clark has worked hard to make customers happy for 27 years. He started his own auto service business in the Green Lake/Poysippi area in 1980, and as the owner, understood what it meant to make the boss happy. Bill is also an avid boater who has owned a Cobalt 262, 293, and now a 360, so he understands the desires of our customers. Bill recently had the opportunity to sell his very successful auto business to his employees, and was then interested in getting into the boating world professionally. We’d known Bill as a customer for a while, and were able to talk him into trying the business with us. Bill has been with us now for about a year, so if you haven’t met him yet, you probably will soon. We think you’ll agree that we’re lucky to have him as part of the Cal-Marine staff!
