Cal Lundquist worked as a mechanic and service manager of a marina for six years prior to starting Cal-Marine in 1972. During its' 35 years of growth, Cal has been involved in every aspect of the business from service and storage to sales, and still plays an active role in all details of the operation. He has participated in the Tiara University and Tiara Master's Programs since their inception, and has been the recipient of both the Tiara Club Million and Club Platinum Awards . Cal's primary objective has always been to make the experience of family boating fun and enjoyable for everyone who walks through his door. | Sue Lundquist has been an integral part of the business with Cal since the very start. Sue manages many of the internal operations at Cal-Marine, particularly those related to accounting and book keeping.  |
| A love for boating and the industry drew Connie Carlson to start helping Cal-Marine out at boat shows in 1987. Over time her interest convinced her to become a full-time member of the sales team, joining Cal-Marine officially in 1996. In the ensuing years, Connie has regularly attended Tiara University and Master's programs, and she has qualified for the Tiara Club Million award in the past four. She enjoys the challenge of being a female in a male-dominated sales field, and loves the whole concept of selling fun. |  |

| Eric Lundquist is Cal-Marine's service manager and an integral part of the sales team. His role is to help each new owner through the care and service of their boat. Eric is a highly motivated professional in the marine industry with a strong focus on customer relations. His coordination of the set-up and delivery of both new and used boats is one of the most crucial components in the Cal-Marine sales process. Eric is a graduate of both the Tiara Tech and Tiara University programs. |  |
