 Cal Lundquist worked as a mechanic and service manager of a marina for six years prior to starting Cal-Marine in 1972. During its years of growth, Cal has been involved in every aspect of the business from service and storage to sales, and still plays an active role in all details of the operation. He has participated in both service and sales universities and schools, and has been the recipient of many awards and achievements. Cal's primary objective has always been to make the experience of family boating fun and enjoyable for everyone who walks through his door. | |
| Connie Carlson began her marine sales career by helping Cal-Marine out at boat shows in 1987. Over time as sales grew, she joined Cal-Marine officially in 1996. In the ensuing years, Connie has attained many sales awards and achievements. Her favorite part of the job is getting to know the customers and helping them to enjoy the fun of time on the water. |  |
