Cal Lundquist worked as a mechanic and service manager of a marina for six years prior to starting Cal Marine in 1972. During its years of growth, Cal has been involved in every aspect of the business from service and storage to sales, and still plays an active role in all details of the operation. He has participated in both service and sales universities and schools, and has been the recipient of many awards and achievements. Cal's primary objective has always been to make the experience of family boating fun and enjoyable for everyone who walks through his door.

Jim Matson's love for boating led him to the desire to become a part of the marine industry when he left his life in the bond business. In 2011 he became a partner and is continuing in his vision to expand Cal Marine.

Connie Carlson began her marine sales career by helping Cal Marine out at boat shows in 1987. Over time as sales grew, she joined the ccompany officially in 1996. In the ensuing years, Connie has attained many sales awards and achievements. Her favorite part of the job is getting to know the customers and helping them to enjoy the fun of time on the water.

Mike Boucher, our Director of Service, joined the management team in February of 2012. He comes from the auto service industry and has found great enjoyment in working with our clients in the boating industry. His goal in the service department is to save customers' precious boating time by "running ahead of problems" in a proactive way.
